Quick update for my investors out there. So I work with various lenders as a mortgage broker, and I have a lender that offers a DSCR product, which is a debt service coverage ratio loan that allows you to put 20% down on a multifamily property. You're going to need a minimum credit score of 700. You're going to need minimum three months reserves, and the DSCR ratio has to be one or greater.
