  • Learn how I’m helping agents save deals, grow their knowledge on new products, and spend time asking questions.

  • As a mortgage broker, I work around the clock. AKA I answer the phone after 5pm.

    If you need a fast pre-approval, I can work with your client to get it done within an hour (this is relative to the clients employment situation).

    I can also expedite closings by making sure the initial submission has as much information as possible.

  • You can connect your client to me in your preferred communication method. Examples include: Text Group Chat, Email Thread, or Group Phone Call

  • I send a personalized email with our application link and general information so the client is informed on how the process works.

  • We review the client’s financial details, answer questions, and clarify next steps to ensure a complete and accurate pre-approval.

  • Once pre-approved, I update you immediately so you have a copy of the pre-approval letter and any important details.
